Brad Davis is a Transaction Manager working with Global Workplace Solutions in CBRE’s Salt Lake City office. Within this role, Brad participates in various domestic and international transactions. He manages the leasing process for several clients from start to finish. He also oversees all lease administration and abstractions for the team’s largest, global clients. Brad completes detailed financial analysis of acquisitions, dispositions and commercial lease opportunities for a wide variety of property types.
