Boris Van Dyck epitomizes energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Boris grew up working in his family's restaurants across the globe, where he learned the value of a strong work ethic at an early age. He moved to Charleston in 1994 to attend the College of Charleston, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree.
After working in the Food and Beverage industry, Boris started his commercial real estate career in 2005 looking for new challenges. He worked on projects ranging from Land transactions, Office, Retail, and Multifamily development. In 2008, circumstances took Boris back into the hospitality industry, where he built several successful companies in the event world as well as the beverage world. That business experience developed his ability to look forward at opportunities in real estate and stayed active in the field, managing several commercial projects. His passion for real estate has brought him back to commercial real estate at the Peninsula Company, where he continues to focus on warehouse and industrial properties.
Boris lives in Charleston with his Wife and two beautiful girls, and enjoys spending time on the water sailing, surfing, and kiteboarding.
