A long-term resident of South Florida, Boris Kozolchyk has over 35 years of involvement in the commercial real estate industry. Boris focuses on landlord and tenant representation, mixed-used, and retail projects, as well as investment opportunities.
During his long career, Boris’ approach has emphasized the development of long-term relationships based on trust and understanding of his client’s needs from a business point of view, while addressing the real estate requirement. His working experience includes retail leases and sales, investment and consulting/advisory activities, and extensive working relationships with national and international clients such as: AMC Theatres, 7-11 Corporation, Grupo Cinbersol (Mexico), CVS Drug Stores, Tire Kingdom, Wendy’s, Lizarran Restaurants (Spain), Shell Oil, Family Dollar Stores, CIE (Compania Interamericana de Entretenimiento)-Mexico, Grupo Magico (Mexico), Pal Zileri (Italy), Adolfo Dominguez (Spain), Silvia Tcherassi (Colombia-US), and TAUBCO (shopping center developers); Gymage (Spain). Additionally, Boris is involved with several financial groups from Latin America, presently looking for investment opportunities in the U.S.
