Bonnie Rimmer started Equity Commercial Properties in 2008 after working with Triad Commercial, Phillips Management and the Bissell Companies. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Harris Community College. She acquired her Broker’s license in 1988 and her Certified Property Management (CPM) designation in 2000. She served as the first female president of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association, Commercial & Industrial Division.
