Bio
With more than 35 years of extensive experience in all facets of real estate, including in-depth
knowledge of the Florida and New York real estate markets and strong professional and political
connections, I've obtained a proven track record of high rates-of-return on both commercial and residential investments through my unique value-added approach to real estate and strong emphasis on lease negotiation, asset re-profiling and asset re-positioning.
My control of all levels of building operations and property renovations as well as my hands-on, problem-solving approach to low-income housing both provide assurance of financial success. Concentrating on out-of-the-ordinary real estate projects has provided me with greater leverage and higher-than-normal profits. And I've been a principal and owner of multiunit buildings in Brooklyn and Queens, N.Y., for more than 17 years, which have included a realty and mortgage company in Queens.
Strong managerial skills and negotiating tactics play a key role in the establishment of my long-term
relationships with local, regional and national real estate entities as well as leading lending institutions,
such as Green Point Savings Bank and Cross County Savings Bank.
Expanding operations in Florida back in 1996 allowed me to duplicate successes in the New York market by adding development of raw land to the successful mix of unique opportunities for above-average returns on capital.
My entrepreneurial expertise in both the institutional and private investment markets also expand to include extensive experience with 1031 exchanges, net-leased investments and re-profiling as well as the buying and selling of non-performing properties.
