In 1994, Mr. Albino began his commercial real estate career with CentreCorp Management Services in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. CentreCorp was the Florida arm of CentreFund which owned and managed shopping centers throughout Canada and the United States. Mr. Albino handled the leasing for 6 Publix shopping centers located in Broward and Palm Beach County. During that time Mr. Albino also served as Property Manager. In 1997, Mr. Albino formed Ginger Realty, Inc. dba Bobby Albino Commercial Realty which served as In-house Leasing Broker and Property Manager for 5 shopping centers owned by MDN Properties in Boca Raton. In 2003, Mr. Albino joined Woolbright Development as Vice President of Leasing and served as "Team Leader" for 6 leasing agents - overseeing shopping centers in Broward, Palm Beach and Martin County. During that time, Mr. Albino hired and trained 12 agents in Woolbright's "Leasing Assistants" program. In 2012, Mr. Albino joined Gatlin Development in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as Senior Vice President of Leasing. Gatlin Development is a prominent Wal-Mart developer with projects in California, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Florida. In 2013, Mr. Albino formed Gulfstream Commercial Realty which serves as In-house Leasing Broker for 6 properties managed by Gulfstream Property Management, LLC. Mr. Albino has been an active member of ICSC since 1994 and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.
