Bobbi Cowart is a Georgia native, born in Floyd County and raised in Bartow County. Real estate is a second career for Bobbi. She had a successful banking career in Cherokee County until 2008. Her job as a Commercial Lender came to an end but it was a beginning for her real estate career. Bobbi has had a love of real estate, particularly new construction, from childhood. She enjoys meeting people and being a part of the journey to finding the right house, or piece of land that fulfills their home ownership dreams. She also does some commercial and land development deals. Bobbi started her real estate career by being an administrative assistance to two successful commercial agents. During that time she made many connections and continued to stay connected to the commercial real estate world. She primarily works in Cherokee, Bartow, and the surrounding Counties. However, she is licensed in the state of Georgia and has sold homes in other areas.
