Bob Strelec is a Vice President of Development with MAA. His role is focused on evaluating and coordinating ground-up multifamily development opportunities in Denver, Ft. Worth, Austin, Houston, Phoenix and Salt Lake City.
Prior to transferring to MAA’s development team, Bob participated in the capture of over $700M of acquisitions for MAA’s Transactions group.
Prior to MAA, Bob was an Asset Management Analyst with Lennar’s Southwest Florida Land Division.
Bob received a MBA in Real Estate, Finance and Entrepreneurship from Emory University with honors and is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with high honors.
