Bob Horn serves as a Senior Investment Advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of income producing properties and development/management nationally. Horn has over 33 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, he served as COO of Sycamore Capital Group. Horn spent a number of years in corporate real estate, including positions at Continental Insurance Co., and Gulf Oil Co. He was later with Melvin Simon and Associates, Inc. where he led the development of Mall of America. Before joining Sycamore Capital Group, he was responsible for the development of CityWalk Florida at the Universal Studios Orlando theme park.
Horn is a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors.
