Rob Horn is a founding member of Central Realty. His expertise in developing long-term relationships with national and regional retailers affords him constant opportunities for repeat business.
Mr. Horn joined Colliers Turley Martin in Clayton, Mo., as the retail sales manager in February of 1993 and became a top sales producer for the company. Prior to 1993, Mr. Horn was the sales manager of the St. Louis office of Leo Eisenberg Company. He leased, sold and represented hundreds of tenants in their expansion and relocation to the greater St. Louis market.
Before joining Leo Eisenberg Company in 1986, Mr. Horn was the owner and operator of his own retail men’s and women’s specialty store in the Clayton, Mo., for more than 10 years. That experience greatly bolstered his retail knowledge and contacts.
Mr. Horn's combination of retail experience and real estate knowledge provides a vast variety of clients with first-class service. His experience as a retailer has been invaluable in his ability to understand and work with both retailers and landlords. Mr. Horn has worked with many institutions and retailers and is respected throughout the industry.
