Retired USMC Col, Bob took care of his troops for 30 years and views taking care of his client needs the same way. Working in real estate since '03, Bob doesn't sell anything; he facilitates helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. In his real estate career Bob has performed as Agent, Asst Manager and Manager of two different offices. Bob received the Emerald level award from Century 21 in '04, and was recognized by San Diego Magazine in '09 and again in '11 as a 5 star agent providing Superior Client Service. Bob was selected as Fallbrook-Bonsall Agent of the year for 2011. Bob has also served the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce in a variety of committee assignments and was elected to the Board of Directors in '08 then he subsequently was elected to serve as President/ Chairman of the Board during 2011. Bob still sits on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors as Past President. Bob graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Business Admin Degree and later earned his Masters Degree in business from Webster University. He earned the EcoBroker designation as well as the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation. Bob has been a Fallbrook resident since 2002, and while this is home and his office location Bob services all of north San Diego County and Southwest Riverside County.
