I started my real estate career in South San Francisco in January 1972. My broker rented an office to an old-time commercial broker who taught me commercial real estate from the ground up. I took and passed 4 of the 5 CCIM courses, but never took CI 105 to get the designation (definitely should have!). The Hallmark of how I work is the NAR Code of Ethics. The Client''s needs ALWAYS come first!
