Mr. Gaidhar is Partner and Chief Development Officer for the Prime Real Estate Group. Mr. Gaidhar has a rich Calgary based real estate development career, which spans over 25 years. Mr. Gaidhar has lived through 2 major Alberta recessions and has built a successful business and reputation in the industry. Mr. Gaidhar started his real estate career with Re-Max as a residential sales agent and later became commercial sales agent – winning top productivity awards. Soon after a successful career in real estate sales, Mr. Gaidhar than transitioned into real estate development career by founding his very residential development company in 1996 – which is successfully still in business. Soon after building over 500 homes for Calgarians Mr. Gaidhar started to acquire commercial lands and develop commercial properties with his than silent partners, and now his business partners at Prime Real Estate Group become, Prime Funds Group.
Mr. Gaidhar is responsible for overseeing all construction related activities, development planning, city approvals and tenant coordination work.
Mr. Gaidhar is a very active community member and serves on several NGO’s including Aga Khan Development Network. Mr. Gaidhar has a degree in Agriculture Science and is a registered commercial real estate agent in good standing with Calgary Board of Real Estate.
