Bob Edmiston, Vice President, has been a licensed real estate broker with Inland for more than 39 years. During that time he has sold, bought and managed more than 500 income-producing properties with a volume over $500 million. As an owner of apartment buildings, Mr. Edmiston brings a “hands on” understanding to all areas of commercial real estate, specifically six-flats and other multi-family properties. During his 39+ years with the Inland Group, Mr. Edmiston has been a part of every aspect of the sale and ownership of six-flats, from construction to management and brokerage. Mr. Edmiston has also been very successful with the sale and brokerage of large multi-family properties. Some of these include: the 498-unit Catherine Courts in Chicago which sold for $48.3 million; the 220-unit Haymeadow Apartments in Peoria which sold for $8.25 million, and the Main Park Apartments in West Chicago which sold for $9.36 million. Mr. Edmiston is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. He is a REALTOR® and a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Illinois Association of REALTORS® (IAR), and the Chicago Association of REALTORS® (CAR). Mr. Edmiston has been the recipient of numerous sales awards, including Inland Real Estate Sales’ “Sales Associate of the Year”; “Top Producer, Oak Brook Office”; and “Lister of the Year”.
