Bio
Bob brings over 30 years of real estate experience to the firm. Throughout his highly successful career Bob has been involved in all facets of the commercial and multi-family sector; facilitating a multitude of multi-million dollar transactions resulting in over half a billion dollars in sales. Bob has an innate ability to structure major deals creatively and he brings these skills to Orens Brothers. As Director of Acquisitions, Bob analyzes and negotiates investment opportunities in the local marketplace as well as working closely with the banking community to secure financing for acquisitions and construction projects. Using his vast network developed throughout his career Bob also seeks out joint venture partners from the private sector, creating partnerships resulting in highly successful projects. Bob is a graduate of West Chester University, has taken an extensive real estate course load at the Wharton school of business, and has been the key note speaker at many seminars on investment sales and financing. Bob is married for 30 years to his wife Michelle and has three children, Justin, Natalie and Scott.
