Bio
Bob serves as Vice President, Industrial Brokerage Services, with responsibility for Owner, Occupier and Investment Advisory for Industrial/Distribution and Flex assets and Land. With over 35 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Bob joined the CPR Team in 2024 from Redstone, where he was a Senior Vice President with overall responsibility for Owned Portfolio Investment, Leasing and Asset/Property Management for Industrial and Flex properties, as well as 3rd party Agency and Transaction Services. Prior to joining Redstone, Bob was with JLL, where he was Co-Lead of its Industrial Group, with responsibility for Investor and Occupier/Client Solutions for Greater Tampa Bay and West/Central Florida. Prior thereto, he was Vice President and Managing Director of Real Estate for Los Angeles-based FORT Properties, responsible for the private equity Firm’s acquisition, disposition and overall performance of its U.S. real estate portfolio. Prior thereto, he served as Group VP for Hillwood Properties, responsible for build-to-suit development and leasing activity at its highly successful ‘AllianceTexas’ project. Prior thereto, Bob was First Vice President and Officer at Prologis—with national, and direct southeast regional responsibility for build-to-suit development, leasing, and global account oversight for numerous multi-market clients. Bob launched his career in Commercial Real Estate with Vantage Companies/VRS, after a five-year career in Public Accounting with Arthur Andersen & Company. Having directly or jointly negotiated Build-to-Suit Developments and commercial transactions in more than 32 markets in 24 different states, Bob has received numerous accolades, including CoStar’s ‘Power Broker’ Award for Top Industrial Leasing (multiple years), NAIOP Deal of the Year, and Business Journal’s ‘Heavy Hitter’ Awards in both Tampa and Dallas. Bob was appointed Chairman of NAIOP’s National Build-to-Suit Forum for three consecutive years, and also serves on NAIOP’s Editorial Steering Committee for Industrial and Facilities Design publications. Outside of work, Bob is an active member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Tampa, where he recently was elected to the Vestry and appointed Head of the Church's Outreach Commission. One of Bob's most passionate callings has been his involvement with Kairos Prison Ministry International, where he was appointed to the Advisory Council for the District serving Sumter Correctional Institution in FL Department of Corrections. In his spare time, Bob enjoys sports (including Fantasy Football...), music, wine, and spending time at the beach with friends and family.
