Bo Stuart is Vice President for Transwestern’s Southeast Healthcare Advisory Services Team, bringing 6 years of experience in lease negotiation as well as marketing and analytics to the team. Alongside his partners Steve Hall, John Lopez, and Marsh Hazlehurst, Bo handles all aspects of marketing and leasing a portfolio of 3.6mm Square Feet of dedicated Medical Office product around Metro Atlanta and the Southeast.
Bo has been involved in negotiating roughly 1.8mm SF of leases and 450,000 SF of sales totaling more than $630mm in transaction value for clients ranging from small private practices to the nation’s largest public REITs.
