Bliss joined KW Commercial in Denver, CO in 2011 and has worked with affiliate partners across the country to service clients on a national level in the net lease arena. As an Investment Broker, Bliss specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant and multi-tenant, net lease property in the Retail and Industrial markets.
Bliss’ background also consists of Landlord and Tenant Representation in the Retail and Office markets. Her experience in commercial real estate began in 2004 when she worked at Frederick Ross providing corporate support to various departments including brokerage, marketing, and research.
Bliss graduated from American Intercontinental University in Georgia with a bachelor degree in Visual Communication / Digital Design. She also studied Architecture at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is currently pursuing the CCIM designation.
