Blake Bokosky specializes in office and industrial investment properties in the Southern California area for both institutional and private high-net-worth clients as a market expert with more than 12 years of real estate brokerage and appraisal experience. Throughout his career, Blake has negotiated and managed more than 81 transactions in excess of $3.5 billion in total consideration, representing 12.7 million square feet of commercial real estate. Blake is passionate about helping clients solve problems and achieve their investment business plans with best-in-class real estate solutions and service. Blake joined JLL in March 2020 from Newmark, where he was consistently among the top producing capital markets teams in the country.
