Blair has over 40 years of experience in sales, leasing and development of office, warehouse, manufacturing and land projects initially in the Houston marketplace and more recently in Montgomery County. He has been a licensed broker in the state of Texas since 1977 and is been a member in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an international membership of highly professional and proven leaders in their fields. SIOR status is an earned accreditation requiring extensive educational training and proven completed real estate transactions above an established level.
Blair began his commercial real estate career in Houston with Vantage Realty, a division of Vantage Companies based in Dallas, TX. This entity was purchased by Berretta and Company which later evolved into Linkous, Farris and Potter, Inc. Blair left to begin purchasing, retrofitting, developing and eventually selling properties for his own account in 1991 and continuing until selling these interests and reinvesting through 1031 exchanges with Midway Development in Houston and moving to Montgomery County in 2000. He continues to broker sales and leasing of office and warehouse projects to the present.
