Billy Moss is an experienced real estate investor and real estate broker with a 30 year history of entrepreneurial success. As a successful restaurateur in Chicago Illinois, Los Angeles California and Las Vegas Nevada since 1970, Billy knows what it takes to put together a winning deal. Brokering commercial real estate deals in Indian River County Florida since 2004, Billy attributes his great success in large part to his “positive mental attitude and approach.”
Billy specializes in restaurant properties and entertainment properties, and offers personalized, high energy services in all types of properties such as retail properties, office properties, medical properties and industrial properties. He prides himself on bringing together deals over the years that have launched some of the most successful establishments in Indian River County Florida.

Believing in a balanced life, Billy enjoys spending time with his wife Cinnamon and their four-year-old son Sammy, as well as his two older children Randi and Jordan and his three beautiful grandchildren.
