Mr. Langhenry attended Highland Park High School and is a 2013 graduate of the University of Georgia. He is a licensed salesman with National Realty Partners with experience in multiple facets of the real estate industry, including commercial investment sales, leasing, property management, and commercial real estate valuation. Brokerage transactions have included retail, multi-family, office, single-family residences, and vacant land. As a Real Estate Analyst with National Appraisal Group, he has experience in the appraisal of many types of complex investment properties, as well as conducting feasibility studies. He serves as Editor of DFW Commercial Real Estate News Update. With specialization in the Park Cities, Lower Greenville, Knox/Henderson, Uptown, and surrounding areas, and is well qualified to handle the acquisition, sale, or leasing of commercial and residential properties throughout the DFW area.
Previous real estate experience includes interning with Transwestern for the tenant advisory service teams.

PERSONAL
Mr. Langhenry graduated from the University of Georgia in the Spring of 2013 where he majored in Real Estate and received a minor in Spanish. During his time at UGA he studied abroad in Innsbruck, Austria and Seville, Spain and was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order. Upon returning to Dallas, Billy has remained active in the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, serving as President and Chairman of the Honor Guard and is an active member of the Calyx Club. Other hobbies include hunting, skiing, and international travel.
