Before joining Inverness Properties, LLC in July of 2001, Bill Woodward opened the Denver office of Pacific Retail Trust, which merged with Regency Centers. Pacific Retail Trust/Regency Centers is a publicly traded REIT that specialized in grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers. While at Pacific Retail Trust/Regency, he was responsible for oversight of the operations for 11 shopping centers in Colorado and Arizona. He was also responsible for acquisitions and development of new shopping centers in Colorado and Arizona, and completed two developments. Mr. Woodward began his career in commercial real estate with Grubb & Ellis in May of 1983. In August of 1987, he joined Beardsley-Miller Brokerage, a brokerage firm specializing in the leasing and sale of retail property.
Mr. Woodward was the State Director for Colorado, Wyoming and Montana for the International Council of Shopping Centers from 1995-1998 and ICSC Government Affairs Chairman for 1999. He was on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Open Golf Tournament from 1997-1999. The Colorado Open, at that time was a tournament benefiting the University of Colorado Cancer Research Center. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Washington Park Community Center, a United Way agency. He was selected Retail Broker of the Year in 1997 by the Denver Chapter of NAIOP.

Mr. Woodward graduated from Colorado State University in 1983 with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Real Estate.
