Bill has over 35 years of experience in Local Government and was the City Manager of Columbia for over 5 years. He also served as the Vice President of Economic Development for the Chamber of Commerce in Springfield, OH for 3 years and was the Chief Operating Officer of a statewide plumbing and heating company for approximately 5 years.
Bill currently sits on the Board of Directors for Columbia’s Regional Economic Development Incorporated, the University of Missouri’s Truman School Advisory Board, the University of Missouri’s Development Review Board and the Boone County Fire District Board.
