Mr. Townsend joined the team at INCO Company in 2003 as Vice President / Principal. He graduated from California State University, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Agriculture. As an active member of his community Mr. Townsend is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (A.I.R.), the Long Beach Municipal Golf Commission, the Magnolia Industrial Area, the Long Beach Strategic Marketing, Inc., the Kiwanis Club of Long Beach and the Long Beach Water Commission. Bill lives in Long Beach and is married to Carrie Townsend. They have one son in junior high.
