Bio
Before becoming a full-time Realtor Bill has been involved in the purchase and sale of over $5,800,000.00 worth of real estate both in the private and public sector, including management of rental properties. It is so important that sellers and buyers have an experienced Realtor looking out for their best interests throughout the entire real estate transaction. Bill's goal is to make sure the entire selling and buying process moves smoothly in these complex times, and his extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods, their history, and the sense of community that this area provides will assist in marketing your property.
Bill is a lifelong resident of Bath Township and have been married to Melody since 1997. They have five beautiful children, fourteen grandchildren and my walking buddy “Brutus” the bulldog. In the off chance he has any spare time, he loves photography, bicycling, and sharing time with my friends at different events that make Northeast Ohio “The Place to Be!”
Bill served as Township Administrator fourteen years for Bath Township, Summit County, Ohio with an annual budget of 12.5 million dollars that provides police, fire, roads, and general services to 10,500 residents. Before my appointment as Administrator Bill served an elected term as Clerk-Treasurer for Bath Township undertaking Finance Director and Controller duties for the community.
Bill served just over twenty years in the Bath Fire Department rising to the rank of Captain and responded to emergency scenes such as fires, emergency medical and hazardous material emergencies. He was a founding member, supervisor and later the Director of Operations of the Countywide Summit County Hazardous Material Response Team which gave him an extensive background in handling complex circumstances with urgency.
After Bill graduated from Revere Senior High, he operated an independent Oilwell Management Services Company that was directly responsible for the drilling, completion, and production of seventy eight oil and gas wells. He has served on several statewide committees that oversee the oil & gas industry and continue to be active in the business.
