Bill Simmons, Managing Director, joined Walker & Dunlop in 2018 and is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales out of the Company’s Dallas office. Throughout his career, he has acquired over 35 years of brokerage, appraisal, and management experience in the Texas market and has sold over $1 billion in multifamily communities.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Simmons served as Executive Vice President at JLL, where he expanded the company’s multifamily Capital Markets presence in the Texas region.
Mr. Simmons holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He has served on various boards for the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
