Bill joined our firm in 2010 after spending 25 years developing real estate. Bill has built it all; single family homes, row homes, apartment buildings, retail centers, and renovations of all shapes and sizes. Bill has extensive experience working with architects, contractors, village officials, and property owners. Bill brings his expertise to provide services to our clients and assit our managers with renovation projects, building out retail spaces, facade renovations, and capital improvement projects. In addtion to being a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Bill is a Licensed Home Inspector and has completed the OSHA Construction Safety and Health Training Program.
