A distinguished member of the commercial real estate industry, Bill brings significant skills to each assignment. For more than 30 years, clients have relied on his creativity, judgement, analytical capabilities and attention to detail for meaningful guidance in connection with a broad range of complex commercial real estate matters.
Specifically, Bill has been involved in diverse assignments such as site selection and tenant advocacy for HQ and R&D division of a global health technology company, as well as strategic planning/negotiations of numerous sites for a leading broadband communications company. Bill has also helped in securing robust economic incentives for an international client adding significant jobs in NE Ohio, the disposition of a historic waterfront property, the acquisition of a mixed use asset for 1031 “Like-Kind” exchange purchaser and so much more.
