Bill Richard entered the Real Estate industry over 30 years ago (1985), with a 6 year background in construction and another 5 years in sales. He spent the first 18 years with a traditional company, but found that the corporate approach was limiting his ability to evolve the business the way he wanted. His vision was to create a group of specialists that would provide exceptional and efficient service, second to none.
Bill moved his operation to Keller Williams, where he was encouraged to re-design his business to best suit his clients and philosophy. Bill was re-energized about the possibilities! With the development of his Smart Buyer System and a strong emphasis on HOME STAGING, the Bill Richard Real Estate Group was off and running. His consultative approach to the selling and buying of homes has served his clients well.
