Bill McCabe grew up working in the family<br />business selling boats. Naturally, he had<br />always assumed that he would follow in his<br />Grandfather’s footsteps and take over the<br />business one day. All that changed when he<br />tried his hand as a REALTOR®. “Acouple of<br />my customers were in Real Estate and thought I was a natural.<br />I needed some extra money, so I got my license in 1985 and<br />ended up doing really well. In fact, I loved it so much that I<br />left themarine industry and pursued a career as a REALTOR®.<br />That was almost 30 years ago, and I’ve never looked back.”<br />McCabe started working as a Sales Associate with Century 21<br />and became an active member in the local, state and national<br />Associations of REALTORS®. Eventually, he served as<br />Charter President of the Greater Northwest Indiana<br />Association of REALTORS®. “That was a really great<br />education for me. I was able to see a lot of different business<br />models which gave me real insight into what worked when it<br />came to maximizing an agent’s success.” McCabe quickly<br />became one of Century 21’s top producing agents and was<br />honored to represent the company in three of theirNational TV<br />commercials filmed in Hollywood. In 1994, he was named<br />Century 21’s Top Agent in the World.
