Bill began his Real Estate career with Sherwood & Roberts in 1960, and moved to Windermere in 1988. After nearly 6 decades of Commercial Real Estate experience in Whatcom, Skagit, King, and Pierce Counties, Bill has valuable experience in land, building sales and leasing, and consulting, and is ready to assist you in all of your Commercial Real Estate needs.
Bill also has 20 years experience as a Vice President in the mortgage banking and banking industry, structuring all types of land and commercial loans – working with with governmental agencies, financial institutions, contractors & other professionals in the development of residential & commercial real estate projects.
