Mr. Hardy counts more than 1000 successfully negotiated transactions, valued at more than $1 billion, in his outstanding leasing track record. Prior to BH Properties, he served as Regional Director of Sperry Van Ness, overseeing the firm’s operations and growth in the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley regions of Southern California. Earlier in his career, as Portfolio Leasing Manager for Arden Realty and as an agent for Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Hardy honed his specialist expertise in office leasing and sales. He is also an attorney and licensed real estate broker (California). A graduate of the University of California, San Diego, Mr. Hardy earned his Juris Doctorate at Southwestern University School of Law.
