Bio
As a licensed real estate broker for over 25 years, Bill specializes in commercial real estate transactions. In the early part of his career with the international firm of Cushman & Wakefield, he worked in the developing Orange County, CA office market representing developers and tenants leasing new suburban office buildings and high-rise office developments. As Orange County began to grow, Fortune 500 tenants and developers from Los Angeles and other major commercial markets opened offices in this new emerging commercial area. Transactions required in-depth knowledge of the marketplace, high-level negotiating skills, experience in tenant improvement and building costs, and a firm understanding of leasing and sale contracts.
Today he is pleased to be associated with Richardson Sotheby's International Realty in San Luis Obispo working a smaller localized market requiring the same skills and expanding his commercial concentration to include leasing industrial, medical, and retail properties and the sale of land and investment property. In a small town market, Bill has recognized the importance of cultivating personal relationships in a town where everybody knows everybody. Personalized marketing, business and service club membership, and ongoing canvassing of tenants and property owners has earned him a presence in the business community and market knowledge only time and experience can provide. Bill looks forward to providing new clients with excellent representation backed by superior market knowledge, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide transactional and income analysis.
