Bill grew up in Stephenville where he attended Stephenville Public Schools and Tarleton State University.
A 15-year career in the metals industry in Dallas, Ft. Worth and Houston gave him valuable experience in sales, marketing and manufacturing.
Bill later moved back to Stephenville to own and operate a propane gas company for over 15 years that served customers in Erath, Comanche, Hamilton, Bosque and Somervell counties.
After serving a term on the Stephenville City Council, he has maintained an interest in and stays current with changes in ordinances, zoning and annexation by attending Planning and Zoning and City Council meetings. He is also active with the Chamber of Commerce and Economic and Industrial Foundations.
He has received Million Dollar Producer award and Top Commercial Sales awards from the Stephenville board of Realtors for the last several years.
Bill is starting his seventh year in Real Estate with Brooks Real Estate and has successfully closed transactions in residential and farm and ranch but specializes in commercial properties. He believes that each transaction is unique and strives to ensure that all the needs of the client are met whether buying, selling or developing.
He resides in Stephenville with his wife of 36-years. They have a daughter, a son and three grandchildren. He has been an active deacon at First Baptist Church for over 22 years
