Bill Abbott is a Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Realty. He has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2008. Bill specializes exclusively in investment sales and leasing, representing both sellers and buyers in disposition, acquisition, 1031 Exchange, and sale/leaseback transactions throughout the Puget Sound region. His extensive clientele base includes public and private companies, institutional investors, private investors and developers. Most of his transactions are focused in the industrial, office and retail sectors.
As a highly experienced real estate broker with a proven track record of closing a wide variety of complex real estate deals, Bill has successfully negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate and other types of business. His advanced business education combined with his extensive experience in the industry allows Bill an advantage in strategically negotiating for the exclusive benefit of his clients. He has earned a reputation for being professional, trustworthy and extremely easy to work with.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Realty, Bill held brokerage, sales and marketing management positions at CBRE Commercial Real Estate, Food Services of America corporate headquarters in Seattle, and SYSCO corporate headquarters in Houston.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle Pacific University.
