Professional Experience
Beverly Ogle attended Middle Tennessee State University. In 1983 she established the real estate firm of Commercial Property Services, Inc and continues to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Ogle represents an extensive and diverse clientele in property leasing, sales and marketing, acquisition, joint venture, development, management, market analysis, and consulting in all areas of commercial real estate including retail, office, warehouse and land. She has served as a member of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee, and was co-founder of the Tennessee Economic Partnership (a private/public partnership of individuals, corporations, and local and state government officials to further the economic development for the State of Tennessee).
Some of Ms. Ogle’s significant achievements during her 26 years in real estate include:
$23,000,000 land sale in Florida representing the buyer
Assembled 200-acre site for rail-served industrial park in Nashville
Arranged finance for $19,000,000 joint venture development in Florida
Represented Bankers Trust for 242,000 SF lease in Nashville
Achieved 86% leasing of 384,000 SF First Union Tower as leasing/marketing team leader in Nashville
Secured one of the largest exclusive listing contracts in Nashville for the marketing of One Nashville Place, a $60,000,000/452,000 SF/25-level high-rise in Nashville’s CBD
Named "Nashville’s Top Woman Realtor of the Year" in 1990
