Beverly Keith, CCIM CRE, CRX joined Zapolski Real Estate in April 2024 as Director of Property Management and Leasing – East Coast Portfolio. She is responsible for risk management of the company’s east coast portfolio of retail, office, and mixed-use properties, and assists with identifying assets for purchase. For over 28 years, Beverly has focused her commercial real estate practice on portfolio management, investment sales, leasing, and mixed-use development.
Beverly graduated from Averett University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, and in 2021 was invited to join Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) being recognized as a prominent real estate practitioner demonstrating expertise, experience, and ethics in providing advice that influences real estate decisions. A longtime member of ICSC, Beverly holds the Certified Retail Executive (CRX) designation.
Beverly supports the commercial real estate industry through her dedicated volunteer service to the CCIM Institute, the North Carolina chapter of CCIM, serves as an Executive Board Member on the CCIM Foundation, and mentors women joining the profession. Beverly lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, and enjoys college football, boating, concerts, and time with her granddaughter, Scarlett.
