Strachan Commercial was originally established by Ralph ‘Roby’ J. Strachan after his many diverse years in the real estate industry and development. Roby followed his father into the real estate business and continued his life long commitment to honesty, integrity and always putting the client first in any transaction. Roby passed away in 2008 but his philosophy’s lives on in this company that bears his name.
Beverly Feskorn joined with Roby in 2005 and has continued as the Broker and Managing Director of this company. Feskorn specializes in the sale of land, investment and owner user properties. She also has extensive experience in the leasing of office, industrial and retail property. With over 21 years of commercial real estate experience, Feskorn has secured more than 600 sale and lease transactions in the above named specialties.
Prior to affiliating with Roby Strachan, Feskorn owned and served as principal broker of BEMA Properties in Fresno for 7 years, focusing on office and industrial sales and leasing. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, Feskorn spent 10 years with Pearson Commercial Grubb & Ellis as a Associate Broker in their retail department gaining expertise in retail leasing, sales and tenant representation. In addition to this comprehensive industry experience Feskorn has taken and completed all the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM) courses.
Her professional affiliations include: member, past president, president of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Fresno and was one of the founding members of this organization: she has also served on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Association; founding member and past vice president and president of the Northwest Fresno Kiwanis club; member of the International Council of Shopping Centers; served on the Environmental Committee of the Fresno Chamber of Commerce; and is a member of the local Fresno Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
An avid hiker, backpacker, cyclist and downhill skier Feskorn has been a long time member of the National Ski Patrol, serving at Sierra Summit Ski Resort in the Central Sierras where she continues to expand her Outdoor Emergency Care skills and is now a Certified OEC Instructor
