As Managing Director of Private Capital, Beth Fenton directs Bradford’s private investor relationships. She specializes in raising private equity for the Bradford Opportunity Fund(s) working with high-net-worth individuals, private investors, CPA's, Attorneys, Wealth Managers and Family Offices by providing investment access to local DFW-centric commercial real estate investments identified by the Firm. She has over 25 years’ experience working with professional services firms (CPA's, Consulting, Attorneys) in Business Development Director roles. She was most recently with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas in a fundraising role. She excels in trust-based relationship building, brand awareness, fundraising, leadership and matching needs, connecting clients. She received her Certificate for Executive and Professional Coaching from UT Dallas. She is actively involved in the business and philanthropic communities with a special interest in organizations like the Peter O'Donnell Center for Brain Health, Prison Entrepreneurship Program (PEP) and community outreach organizations that support mental wellness.
Education
Beth is a Dallas native and a graduate of Highland Park High School. She received a BS in Secondary Education with a focus on Spanish and History from the University of Texas at Austin. She studied abroad in Spain and Mexico.
