Beth Bradford is a leasing and merchandising professional with more than 27 years experience in the retail shopping center and mixed-use development industry. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Beth earned a degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University. As a member of the Homart Development Co. and then General Growth leasing teams, Beth established a track record as a repositioning, re-merchandising, and re-marketing expert.
In 1997 Beth and Dan Foy formed the Foy Bradford Company, which operated until 2004 when Beth formed b2 and company. b2 and company is where she continues to earn her reputation as a leasing and development professional. During her career, Beth has been on the development team for more than 30 projects from urban mixed-use to super regional shopping centers. She has negotiated and closed tenant details for developers’ projects in major markets including Seattle, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Orange County, Hollywood, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Denver, Minneapolis, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington D.C., Boston, Pittsburgh, Austin, Oahu, and Dallas.
Beth holds a real estate broker license in the state of Utah and California and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She is an honest, straightforward leasing professional. She concentrates on learning about each property, its trade area, competition, and most importantly its consumers’ tastes, preferences, shopping habits, and lifestyles. Armed with that knowledge, Beth creates a vision for each property and implements a strategic plan to achieve exceptional results.
