Beronica Whisnant, CCIM, SIOR has been in commercial real estate in Columbia for over 25 years. Beronica specializes in Office Leasing as both a Landlord and Tenant Representative. She also has extensive experience in Medical Office leasing and sales.
Beronia is a Central Carolina Realtors Association (CCRA) Circle of Excellence Lifetime Member having received the award 25 times. She received the the association's Top Leasing Agent Award in 1999, 2000, 2002, and 2007. In 2002 she received the association's Top Producer Award for leasing and sales for 2001 production in excess of $23 million. She also received the Transaction of the Year Award in 2007. Beronica served as the CCRA Chairman (1996, 1997) and served on the Legislative and Grievance committees through the years.
Beronia is a graduate of Winthrop College and earned her Masters in Education from the University of South Carolina. An active member in her community; Beronica has been apart of Sertoma, Junior Achievement, Meals on Wheels and the American Cancer Society. She currently serves on the City of Columbia Design/Development Review Commission; City Center Partnership marketing committee and Central Carolina Realtors Association Commercial Investment Division Board Member.
