Bernard St-Onge is an award-winning VP in Ottawa’s Office Leasing division who provides leasing and selling expertise to clients. He has years of experience in property acquisitions and dispositions and the leasing and operations of investment properties, and has received several awards for his sales excellence.
Mr. St-Onge originally joined Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa) in 1993 as a Real Estate Consultant and Salesperson. He enjoyed great success in leasing commercial office space to Public Works and Government Services Canada. Mr. St-Onge then went to work for Profac Management Group as VP of Operations, responsible for the management of the entire Canada Post real estate portfolio (535 facilities) in Central and Eastern Canada. He returned to Royal LePage in 1997.
His career actually began in 1972 as the Property Manager for high-rise apartment buildings in West Quebec and Ottawa. In 1977, he joined Lehndorff Canada, where he was responsible for all Operations in Ottawa and Eastern Canada.
Mr. St-Onge has the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) and was previously President of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Ottawa.
