Mr. Swift serves as a Senior Associate at Lovett Industrial, joining in September 2022. At Lovett Industrial, Mr. Swift is charged with evaluating new acquisition and development opportunities and supporting due diligence, entitlements, financing, leasing, and disposition efforts across the Eastern region. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Swift spent four years at Hines in their San Diego office where he was responsible for the acquisition, development and asset management of industrial and office projects totaling over 1.2 million square feet and $450 million of value. Mr. Swift was also responsible for the financial modeling of all projects in the San Diego region totaling over $4 billion. Mr. Swift received his BA from Colby College where he majored in Physics and Mathematics.
