Benjamin's story began when he was young. Growing up the son of a local business owner, he learned the tools for success. He became very involved in the local community while working with the family business, Motorsports of Ukiah. Managing the sales and finance for the dealership was no easy task. That is where his skills were honed, spending over two decades working diligently.
Being a motorcycle racer and bigtime enthusiast Benjamin spent most of his time off with family, racing, camping, or playing golf. After getting married to his lovely wife and having two beautiful girls, he realized that he needed to find a way to spend more time with them.
Reaching his mid 30’s, with so many opportunities and endless relationships in the greater Ukiah area, Benjamin made the difficult decision to get a real estate license and launch his new career. It was a perfect fit! HIs love for sales and working closely with buyers and sellers instantly hit home. Becoming an entrepreneur was inevitable. Opening the doors to Kobetz Realty was a dream come true. He now has more time to spend with family while gaining a newfound satisfaction for providing the ultimate service. As a Real Estate Broker and Owner, his life feels complete! After getting into Real Estate, he quickly landed himself within the top 1% of all agents across the State, closing over 15 million in gross sales for 2018. Receiving awards such as Best New Agent for 2019, Awarded Best Mendocino County Agent for 2022, Best Ukiah Agent 2022 and Best Brooktrails Agent 2022.
