Bio
Ben Klein is a Senior Director at CBRE Hotels. Based in Washington, D.C., he leads the firm’s efforts with hospitality related investment sales in the D.C. metro area. Ben is part of CBRE Hotels Institutional Group, led by Bob Webster, giving him access to significant resources across the CBRE platform to share with D.C.-based hotel clients. Additionally, due to the depth of his international hotel experience, Ben is able to connect CBRE investment sales in the U.S. with inbound international hotel investors.
Ben has over 10 years of hotel real estate experience and joined CBRE from the Wardman Group, where he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and fundraising for the investment platform. Prior to the Wardman Group, Ben spent five years with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) as an Investment Manager within their Global Hospitality team. Ben was also involved in significant hotel transactions and investments for The Carlyle Group and LaSalle Hotel Properties. He holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
