Ben spent his first three years in real estate research to get his bearings and has been in commercial brokerage ever since. Most of his work has been focused on landlord representation, along with acquisition and disposition of owned assets. Ben has represented numerous tenants. Ben is truly relationship driven, always looking to find a beneficial solution for both Landlord and Tenant. He is personal, practical, and passionate about his job. His wide skill set, attention to detail and his high level of service has led to his continued success over his 25-year brokerage career. Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in History & International Relations from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He holds a WI Real Estate Brokerage License, and a real estate salesperson’s license in Maryland and Virginia.
