Benjamin is currently Secretary of the Board at the French-American Chamber of Commerce (Rocky Mountains Chapter) and Vice President at Cresa Denver. He speaks fluent English, French and Spanish.
He was previously the Head of Commercial Real Estate and Investment for one of Geneva''s (Switzerland) most important Real Estate companies. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
Benjamin works for a team that focuses on the provision of Corporate Real Estate advice to Colorado-based, international and government clients. His Work in Progress includes transactions in capital markets, advisory on lease acquisitions & disposals, market reports as well as due diligence assistance. His team assists occupiers only in all their real estate matters.
Benjamin works in Real Estate since 2006. He previously worked for DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) and CBRE in Geneva, two of the world''s leading commercial property and real estate services advisers. Benjamin also has a strong entrepreneurial spirit as he managed his own company in residential Real Estate in Cannes (French Riviera) for over 4 years.
From 2001 to 2006, Benjamin worked for Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisorsy Services Department where he has been giving advices on more than 50 global financial projects for leading international companies.
