Bio
Ben Etskovitz is a Vice President and Co-Founder of the car wash division within the Colliers Houston office. The car wash division is a full-service national investment advisory group specializing in the acquisition and disposition of car washes and automotive assets throughout the United States. The team's relationships with qualified private equity-backed car wash chains, family offices, developers, and private investors enable them to tactically match buyers with sellers to maximize and achieve the greatest outcome for their clients. With extensive industry relationships, Ben has access to capital from a broad base of out-of-state and international investors, creating a greater opportunity to deliver the best results for his clients.
Whether you are a car wash operator, private equity firm, or exchange buyer, Ben is eager to advise and work on maximizing your real estate asset to its full potential.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ben worked at Marcus & Millichap creating the firm's Houston-based car wash division with the vision of adding value to clients by specializing in a traditionally unspecialized asset class. During his time there, he closed more than $100 million worth of car wash-related transactions. Ben consistently ranked as a top-producing NNN advisor and has been featured in Carwash.com, Car Wash Magazine, Auto Laundry News, Petroplaza.com, and many more.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Ben worked with a Texas-based commercial real estate developer where he oversaw acquisitions and dispositions on the principal side. During this time, he was directly responsible for business development and analyzing opportunities in emerging markets.
Prior to his career in real estate, he was an Operations Manager with the largest steel company in North America where he ran an operations team of more than 30 employees while managing relationships and selling activity with more than 60 key industrial suppliers. He also developed and executed effective bidding and pricing strategies that played an integral role in increasing the company’s ROI.
Ben is originally from Philadelphia, Penn., and is a graduate of The University of Arizona where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Communications.
