Benjamin Besunder joined Newmark Knight Frank's Valuation & Advisory in 2017 and currently serves as an analyst in the company's Boca Raton office. Mr. Besunder brings to his position three years of real estate experience and a high level of expertise in commercial real estate research, including multifamily valuation, residential development, market reporting and real estate data analytics.
Mr. Besunder joined Newmark Knight Frank after serving as an economic development analyst at Pompano Beach-based Redevelopment Management Associates. In this role, Mr. Besunder was responsible for conducting market analyses, collecting real estate data and editing economic development reports for municipalities. He also provided crucial assistance as part of a team representing Redevelopment Management Associates at meetings with stakeholders and municipal government. with representing Redevelopment Management Associates at meetings with stakeholders and municipal governments. Prior to Redevelopment Management Associates, Mr. Besunder was a development intern with New Urban Communities, a residential development company headquartered in Delray Beach.
